Since it's inception in 1997, Sanskriti has constantly endeavored to extend a warm welcome and a sense of belonging to it's patrons by unfailingly trying to involve them in it's various activities - through it's informal get-togethers, cultural events, Puja volunteer groups and in written form through it's yearly magazine. We see the magazine as a tool to bind together a mosaic of thoughts, experiences, narratives and expressions of this community - and are inviting you now to contribute your own words for this year's publication.
We welcome article contributions from writers of all ages - be they the innocent, faltering expressions of our children, the confident narratives of our youths, the mature experiences of our adults, or the quiet reflections of our respected elderly.
We are looking forward to seeing some new writers along with our past
contributors for the magazine this year. We are happy to accommodate articles
in English as well as Bengali, and Sanskriti welcomes any form of writing and
thoughts, irrespective of subject or matter.
However, in accordance with Sanskriti's strict policy of upholding
a dignified sense of community protocol, articles containing derogatory language,
racial slurs or any other questionable forms of expressions will be unacceptable
for publication.
